May we invite you to participate in our negotiated procurement (Small Value Procurement) for the Engagement of the Services of a Choir Director for the PDIC Chorale for a period of twelve (12) months, by submitting your quotation, inclusive of all applicable taxes, together with the following documents (Please see enclosed Terms of Reference):

1. Letter of Intent;
2. Curriculum Vitae which should include list of related seminars, workshops and lectures attended;
3. Performance History, i.e. solo, chamber, conductor, choir director; and
4. List of Chorale Group handled/managed for the last five (5) years.

The approved budget for the contract is PhP240,000.00 (P20,000.00/month).

The provider must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
